Utica Things to Do

Visit Mike Zarnock's Hot Wheels display at the Childrens Museum. He has one of the best and most extensive "hot wheels" collections going and an official expert. (What a rewarding hobby has turned into over the years).

we went to the brewery every time we were lucky enough to stay with our grandparents! i have brought my eldest and his cousins there and this year will be bringing the rest of the kids ! Cant wait! So much fun!!!

This place was on it's last legs while brewing Golden Anniversary and Black Label beers. These were the bottom of the barrel.

However it's acquisition of the Saranac Beer label has pumped new life into it's halls.

A must see is to stop and take a tour of the brewing company. Home of Utica Club beer and Schultz and Dooley along with a multitude of other talking beer steins. (Officer Suds and the Countess 2 other of my favorites) They were a popular group used in a clever commercial no longer produced but still ever popular.

I guess this is one of the oldest churches in the area or something??? I am not sure.

For some reason, the sign in front of it claims that it is "historic"...
