We had a good experience with scooter rental in ko tao. We meet a guy that been rhere for a while that tipt us of a shop that didn't scam you. Kwang Im Chapel is reached by crossing the bridge, and it is a beautiful Chinese temple. There is a lot of colourful art and sculpture here, and it's very peaceful. I really enjoyed spending time here, even if there doesn't seem to be much to do. It's just a lovely place.
