Low Budget hotel

This is definitely a no frills joint. The location is good, very close to the Eiffel Tower, but the rooms are a little on the grim side. I was there with a friend, and we only slept in the room, so it was fine. It's perfect for someone on a budget who just needs a place to sleep.
