The staff was exceptionally friendly, and their helpfulness, especially from Renji at the travel desk, made planning our activities incredibly easy. The location was convenient, being close to major tourist attractions and with an auto rickshaw stand right outside, which made transportation a breeze.

Breakfast offered a good variety, and the local fish curry at the restaurant was delicious. The location was perfect, just a short drive to the Periyar ticketing counter.
