I had a fantastic experience at this hotel, as the cleanliness was remarkable, and the staff, including Restaurant Manager Dinesh, Suman. The breakfast spread was delightful, with various options that catered to all preferences, and the location was perfect, situated right in the heart of the city, making transportation easy and convenient.

We were really impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel, and the housekeeping team, particularly Sumit Mondal, did an amazing job maintaining our room. The staff, including Mr Saikat, Vikram, and Rumana during the evening shifts, provided excellent service that made us feel welcome. The hotel is conveniently located near Tata Steel, which made transportation easy for us, and the breakfast offered a delightful variety of options.
