The cleanliness of the entire property was exceptional, and I appreciated the well-equipped facilities, especially the large bedroom and bathroom. Breakfast was delightful, and I loved having good WiFi to plan my visit to the nearby Hobbit movie set. The location is perfect for a short walk into town and exploring the surrounding nature, with the hosts providing valuable insights on local attractions.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The location is perfect, just a short distance from Hobbiton, which was great for our plans. The room was exceptionally clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were warm and welcoming, making us feel at home. Breakfast was delicious and provided plenty of options.
