|  | Teníamos ganas de visitar la Amazonía durante nuestro viaje a América del Sur y le dimos bastantes vueltas antes de decidir si íbamos a la zona de Iquitos , a Madidi... y al final decidimos ir a visitar la zona del río Madre de Dios y del río Manu.
Creemos que fue una buena decisión , ya que contratamos el viaje con Ecological Adventures Manu , que es una compañía seria , respeta sus compromisos y el medio ambiente
Son operadores , propietarios de los lodges en que nos alojamos y con un equipo humano de guías , cocineros , lancheros...nos hicieron pasar unos días muy interesantes
Los compañeros de viaje ayudaron a que el grupo que hablaba español lo pasáramos estupendamente a pesar de la lluvia
El parque Nacional Manu es la gran reserva de la Amazonía en la vertiente oriental de los Andes que está lejos de la civilización , sin cazadores y controlada por el Gobierno Peruano
El parque se divide en tres zonas : la cultural que es de libre acceso ,donde se permiten algunos cultivos y pueblos , la reservada ( donde estuvimos nosotros ) que permite de una forma controlada la extracción de recursos , la investigación y el turismo y la zona intangible , para proteger la vida animal y la flora , donde sólo pueden acceder los científicos con permisos especial |
| | We wanted to visit the Amazonia during our South America travel and we were thinking a lot before deciding if we were going to the Iquitos area , Madidi ... , and finally we decided to visit the area of the Madre de Dios and Manu rivers
We think it was a good decision , as we made a contract with Ecological Adventures Manu , that is a serious company , that comply with their commitments and pays attention to the environment
They are operators , owners of the lodges were we stayed and with a human team of guides , cooks and boat drivers...that did our trip very interesting
The other travelers made that the Spanish speaking group enjoyed the travel , though we had a lot of rain
Manu National Park is the big Amazonia reserve in the oriental side of the Andean that is far away of the civilization , without hunters , and controlled by the Peruvian Government
The park is divided on three areas , the cultural of free access , where farming and living is allowed , the reserved (where we stayed ) strictly controlled use is permitted for the extraction of resources, research and tourism and the untouchable, to protect the wildlife and the nature , and where only scientific with special permit may go |
