Does anyone know for sure if there is a Duty Free shop at arrival international flights?

There is no info re this at Sabiha Gökcen info pages. Only "located at the sectioned halls of the International Flights Terminal."

I will not think it is and then arrive and see no duty free....

I would guess not, but even if there is, I would give it a miss. Duty-free is a rip-off anyway, and even on departure it may be closed:

Yes, there is a duty free shop but don't expect something like the ones in Ataturk Airport. It is a small and modest duty free shop and does not have lots of choices.

I got confimation when I landed at Sabiha
There is one duty free, small, but with "basic" duty free items. Very friendly staff too :o)
